TRANS SEAS USA LLC was awarded the full scope of supply and delivery for bespoke wall coverings and decorative art finishes throughout the hotel. This encompassed guestrooms and suites, residence suites, restaurants, and public areas. Our role included:

• Procurement & Contracting – managing purchasing and contract negotiations with international suppliers.
• Supply Chain Management – coordinating production, scheduling, and delivery of all custom finishes.
• Logistics – ensuring secure handling and timely transport of delicate, high-value materials.

Particular attention was given to the one-of-a-kind bespoke art installations. These highly specialized pieces required exceptional care, as they were custom crafted exclusively for this landmark hotel and represented significant artistic and financial value.
