Our Executive team played a central role in managing the contract negotiations and the end-to-end process of coordinating, evaluating, and selecting the Master Planner and Detailed Designer of Architecture & Engineering for Barwa New Cairo. We worked closely with the client to define requirements, negotiate terms and accomplish a successfully executed project. Our involvement extended through pre-qualification, negotiations, and the appointment itself, ensuring the selected firm could translate Barwa New Cairo’s aspirational design into the iconic Green City in Egypt it is today.

Trans Seas proudly secured this distinguished project, taking responsibility for improving and providing complete interior design, supply and installation services, along with advanced structural consultation and engineering solutions for the signature glass atrium curtain-wall system — the signature element that unifies both towers.
Our executive team, alongside the engineering and project leadership of ADMA-OPCO & ADGAS, coordinated comprehensive workshops and factory tours across both the United States and the United Arab Emirates to ensure alignment in vision, manufacturing, and execution.

The Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) is an archaeological and national museum located about 2 kilometers (1.2 mi) from the Giza Pyramid Complex, in Giza, Egypt. Dedicated to Ancient Egypt and its culture, society, and artifacts, it is the largest museum in the world for a single civilization.
Trans Seas successfully negotiated, secured the contract award, purchased, shipped, and supervised and installed the underground high-density mobile storage systems of over 100,000 artifacts. The museum covers a total area of 500,000 m2 (5,400,000 sq ft), with a built-up area of 167,000 m2 (1,800,000 sq ft) and floor area of 81,000 m2 (870,000 sq ft).[17] It will also host permanent exhibition galleries, temporary exhibitions, special exhibitions, a children’s museum, and virtual and large-format screens with a total floor area of 32,000 m2 (340,000 sq ft).

The Al Ain Diwan serves as the representative office of the Ruler in the Eastern Region of Abu Dhabi, representing a vision to empower dialogue between the Ruler and the community. Situated atop a rise in a beautifully designed communal space featuring a green valley and amphitheater, this striking building houses the executive offices, Majlis, and meeting rooms for the Ruler’s Representative and the Undersecretaries of the Diwan. It is thoughtfully designed to meet the operational needs of the existing departments.
Trans Seas played a pivotal role in coordinating with client representatives, architects, and contractors throughout the interior design phase. Our efforts included specifying and selecting manufacturers and design elements, as well as facilitating city and site tours of our successfully completed projects in Abu Dhabi, notably the ADMA-OPCO and ADGAS New Headquarters. Additionally, Trans Seas coordinated visitation visas, travel arrangements, and logistics for client representatives to visit multiple factories in the United States.

The ADNOC New Headquarters is positioned to enhance the city skyline and provide a beautiful focal point for the surrounding community. The New Headquarters is an icon and landmark building for ADNOC and the people of the United Arab Emirates.
Our Executive Management team successfully assisted with the negotiations of contracts for the Master Planner, Detailed Designer of Architecture & Engineering and the Interior Design packages. The process to achieving and effectively closing the contracts included: Preparing and defining the client’s scope, reviewing project documents and pre-qualifications, gathering information via workshops and executive meetings, negotiating on deliverables and contract terms, and resolving issues to attain executive approvals.

In 2007, The International Bank of Qatar (IBQ) elected to locate its new Headquarters Building in the New District of Doha. Being one of many new developments in this area, it was important for the IBQ building to achieve an iconic status, becoming a landmark image distinguishing IBQs success as a symbol of Trustworthiness and Financial Leadership in the New District of Doha.
The clean, international style of the interiors spread throughout the common areas. Close attention to the articulation of elegant light toned wood veneer and solid surfaces in combination with selected metals, stone, fabric wall coverings and plush custom designed floor coverings and carpeting in the executive areas further convey the importance, stability and financial success of IBQ to visiting dignitaries and clientele. The International Bank of Qatar, IBQ, has merged with Barwa Bank and is now recognized as Dukhan Bank.
Our Executive Management team was actively involved in the introduction and negotiations of contracts for the Master Planner, Detailed Designer of Architecture & Engineering and the Interior Design packages. The contract process included scope definition, review of project documents and pre-qualifications, information gathering through workshops and executive meetings, negotiations on deliverables and terms, and issue resolution to secure executive approvals.

Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC) is a world-class convention and exhibition center located in Doha, Qatar, designed to host a wide range of events including conferences, exhibitions, meetings, and cultural events.
QNCC offers fully flexible and adaptable space options to suit a wide variety of conferences, meetings, exhibitions, performances, concerts and gala events.
The facilities include:
• Total venue area of 200,000m².
• 40,000m² of indoor and outdoor column free exhibition space with pit and trench service systems and modular mobile rigging grids
• 2 multi-purpose halls which can be used for exhibition, conference or banquet setups
• Conference Hall for 3,800 delegates
• 2,300-seat lyric style Theatre
• 3 tiered Auditoria that can accommodate 295, 407 and 474 guests respectively
• 52 meeting rooms ranging from 20 to 150 seats capacity
• 6 VIP lounges and 7 hospitality suites.
After formally arranging the introduction of the Clients Representative and General Contractor together with the Architectural Design Team, our Executive Leadership Team played a pivotal role in the management of contract negotiations with coordination, selection and appointment of the awarded Master Planner and Detailed Designer of Architecture & Engineering and Interior Design of the Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC). Throughout the process, our team worked seamlessly with the client to ensure clarity, communication and commitment was displayed to successfully guide discussion and agreements. This proactive approach was instrumental in navigating complex commercial discussions and technical agreements.
