TRANS SEAS USA was Awarded the Supply and Delivery of the Custom Fridge Units, Custom Mirrors, and Decorative Paneling throughout the hotel, including the Rooms & Suites, Residence Suites, Restaurant and Public Areas. TRANS SEAS USA LLC was responsible for the purchasing, negotiating contracts, supply chain management and logistics. 

IMAR managed comprehensive fit-out works for public areas, hotel rooms, suites, restaurants, and other hotel facilities within Katara Towers.

Fairmont Doha, located in the iconic Katara Towers at Lusail Marina, is a contemporary luxury hotel with 362 rooms and suites, offering panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and Lusail City. The Fairmont Gold experience provides exclusive lounge and pool access, personalized service, and dedicated hosts for elevated privacy and comfort. Suites feature modern decor, advanced in-room technology, soundproofing, and balcony options, with reviews highlighting spacious layouts and stunning views.

Raffles Doha is positioned in Katara Towers directly connected to Fairmont, distinguished by an ultra-luxury all-suite offering inspired by Islamic architecture and Qatari heritage. Every suite has a terrace with city or Gulf views; amenities include a private Raffles Butler for personalized service, a restorative spa, exclusive restaurants and bars, infinity pool, wellness center, and advanced in-room tech (such as iPads for room control). Family features include kids’ club, child menu, and babysitting services. Raffles is praised for its elegant atmosphere, attentive butler service, late breakfast at L’artisan, and modern, lavish rooms, although some guests have noted premium pricing and occasional housekeeping inconsistencies. Suites may feature unique additions such as private cinema, sauna, and even a falcon gallery.
