After successful delivery and handing-over the Atlantis Resort on the Palm Jumeriah Island in Dubai, TRANS SEAS USA was requested by the Client to participate on the NEW Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences.
TRANS SEAS USA was responsible for managing the complete handling of logistics and installation of all furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), artwork, window treatments, carpets, lighting, and artwork throughout the entire property. This included but was not limited to transportation of items as they arrived in Dubai to indoor, air-climate controlled warehouses for storage of materials. Coordination of delivery of materials to the project site were scheduled as completion of those aeras were made clear and free for installation. Challenges were met and were overcome by carefully coordinating deliveries onto the Palm Jumeriah Island after school hours, as the island is also home to thousands of residences. Furthermore, the entire project was successfully executed from 2018 – 2023 during the COVID-19 pandemic era. Despite the delays faced by the pandemic, TRANS SEAS ensured that the entire scope of works was delivered on time and right before the spectacular grand opening in 2023.
